I am not receiving calls on my Google Pixel 6a since porting my old number via PACI think it's something about the phone diverting calls to the iD number I had for a couple of days when I first joined the network, but I can't fix itHave tried multiple things from the community - turning RSC chats off & on, resetting network settings, clearing cache & storage in various apps, removing the temporary number from my Google account, nothing seems to work Seems like other people have had the same / similar issue but I can't find the right fix. Have spoken to live chat multiple times and that hasn't helpedAny help very much appreciated 🙏

Have you tried the SIM in another handset and tried to call your old number to see what happens?Failing that you need to use theiD onlineLive Chatservice, to speak to a customer adviser @lyricaldan- you may have a split port issue.The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
