Pixel 6a not receiving calls since porting old number by PAC

I am not receiving calls on my Google Pixel 6a since porting my old number via PAC

I think it's something about the phone diverting calls to the iD number I had for a couple of days when I first joined the network, but I can't fix it

Have tried multiple things from the community - turning RSC chats off & on, resetting network settings, clearing cache & storage in various apps, removing the temporary number from my Google account, nothing seems to work

Seems like other people have had the same / similar issue but I can't find the right fix. Have spoken to live chat multiple times and that hasn't helped

Any help very much appreciated 🙏

Have you tried the SIM in another handset and tried to call your old number to see what happens?

Failing that you need to use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser @lyricaldan - you may have a split port issue.

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Hey there @lyricaldan, we’re sorry to hear that.

Do texts and data work okay on your phone, just not calls?

Is it for incoming and outgoing calls?

Thanks,

Tyler

Hi both, thanks for replying much appreciated

@MZone I have spoken to live chat a few times to no avail, but I will try again citing potential 'split port' as you say. I will also try the sim in another phone when I can find a spare

@Tyler data works fine, texts it's hard to tell - some texts come through (e.g. iD, certain people in my contacts) but others don't (e.g. from my bank as part of two factor authentication). Re calls I can call out fine, whether out of the house or on wifi etc, and I seem to receive calls from certain contacts (e.g. my girlfriend, who I live with) but not others (e.g. my mum, who I don't live with). Absolutely bizarre - if there's a pattern I can't see it

Thanks again, any help very gratefully received

Dan
