From day one I have had the odd echo and people can head themselves when they contact me , the last 6 weeks it's every day and got worse is this a ID problem or pixel problem the phone just turned 12 months old today ?

Have you tried resetting your network settings?
Secondly, your phone should be in warranty with us, so if you believe it to be faulty, I’d recommend taking it to a local Currys store to have it looked into, and if deemed faulty, a possible free repair.
