Pixel 9 Pro XL poor signal and google wallet issues


I've been with ID for a few years, no issues with signal at all.

Upgraded to Pixel 9 Pro XL and signal drops out as soon as leave my house and is very unreliable, generally.

The handset is also very unreliable when it comes to using Google wallet in some shops. I have to lock and unlock my phone multiple times before it'll work. Interestingly, when I encountered a similar issue at a fuel station, a message popped up asking me to only present one card at a time. Google Wallet has a default set up so I don't understand how I could be presenting more than one card.

 

I've tried restarting my phone, on/off with flight mode and restart etc. I've attempted to contact ID but get trapped in a loop with the chat bot which is very frustrating. Hoping someone here can help.

What’s the full postcode(s) you’re having issues in please?

 

Have you tried resetting network settings?
