Poor 5G coverage

Hi, 

Have had very poor 5G coverage for months, both on my Samsung phone and my sons IPhone 15.

We live in Northern Ireland 

Hardly ever get 5G, so frustrating

    Hey there ​@Gmurph, we’re sorry to hear that. It may be that you live in a low/no 5G coverage area. What’s the full postcode please?

    Looks like you’ll need VodafoneThree to get cracking on 5G network improvements in your area, and fulfil their promises to the CMA.

      Hey there ​@Gmurph, as kindly advised by ​@andewhite, this is a no 5G zone, so we wouldn’t expect a 5G signal here at all.

       

      Please provide any further full postcodes you have no 5G in?

      It’s very patchy for 5G signal. There is much better coverage outdoors than indoors.
