Poor coverage in Norwich

A week with ID and I just realised I’ve been mugged. Next to no coverage at my home. £140 to get out of this robbery. Why oh why did I ever leave O2? The deal was crap but at least I hoy something out if it. With this people I’m paying and getting a kick on the proverbial. And yes, I have tried all the advice.

    I have checked for your area and 4G is the best coverage. With the roll out of 5G, the coverage is patchy so switching to 4G would be recommended. 

    At the moment,  we're fixing an issue in this area at the moment and aim to have things back up-and-running as soon as possible.
