Poor reception since upgrade using same sim 

Gone from iPhone 11 to iPhone 13 

Had great coverage on old phone . Regret upgrading 😔

Sounds like there might be a problem with your iPhone 13, if you’re within your 28 day faulty exchange window, it might be worth pursuing that. If not, chat to Apple for diagnostics and repairs.

LE9 9JY Samsung A55 new phones and contract with ID since December 2024, my wife has the same phone as well, we hardly register any bars on signal indicator, we were with EE previously with no issue's, throughly disappointed as we have ditched our landline.

Just tried turning phone off, no change, walked upstairs and can get 3 bars, so downstairs is poor.
