poor service constantly

Why is my service awful. For practically my whole 2 year contract I have trouble having a conversation on a phone call. The other person constantly says am breaking up even though I have 5g and full bars. Am using a samsung 23 ultra in L203de postcode. Will definitely not be using id mobile again once contract runs out

We are sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues with calls and for how long this has been happening. Have you reported this in the past? 

You mentioned you are using 5G in your post. Upon checking your postcode in our coverage checker, I can see 5G is patchy in the area and is advised as outdoor service only so this will contributing to the issue. 

We would recommend switching off automatic network selection and switching to 4G whilst in the area as this offers excellent indoor and outdoor coverage.
