poor signal

Please ID I’ve been with you for almost 2 years and when I first joined I had signal now I’m lucky if I get two bars. My calls lose signal my text take long to send my internet is terrible I pay every month and and don’t even get what I pay for. Sometimes I can’t leave my house and have to order online or talk to my therapist and I can’t because I pay for a service I’m not receiving.

can I get some support with this issue please

I’m sorry to hear this, please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you have issues with signal but previously didn’t?

 

Are there areas where you don’t have issues with signal?
