poor signal

We are getting poor signal. In the status checker it says ID is aware of problem but not getting fixed I am afraid. Can make and receive calls but gets into total silence after a while due to poor signal. Live chat is waste of time. 

Kindly help as all our phones are with ID and all are suffering.

ID is 100% online. No body to talk to for help.

How long have you been having the issue? It can take around 5 days for most issues to be fixed.

I would advise waiting 5 days for improvements.
