Poor signal

The last 2 months, I have suddenly had next to no 4G signal when I am around my area and if I do it is extremely slow. If I am outside of where I live, signal is fine so I don’t believe this is purely a SIM card issue. If people try to call me when I am at home, I am breaking up constantly and people struggle to hear me. It says there are no network issues, but both myself and my husband are on ID and have been having this problem.

I have checked and there are no reported issues in the area and 4G service is showing good for indoor and outdoor use. 

Have you completed a network rest on the handset recently?

I have. Multiple people in the whipton area have mentioned having poor signal recently

Is it affecting data, calls or texts, or all three?

About 2 months ago - primarily affecting data and I am able to make calls but people struggle to hear me due to breaking up frequently

Have you tried restarting your phone and resetting network settings?

 

Are you able to try your SIM card in another device at all to see if the same issues persist?

I've just done this for a second time and no difference. I just walked around my area and things like chrome, Spotify etc were saying I was offline even though my phone was saying it had 5g
