Ported number but no mobile service

I’ve just ported my number to ID and signed a 2 year contract but I have no mobile service. 

The chatbot is useless and there’s no way for me to contact an actual human to resolve this issue. 

I’ve just transferred from 3 and had no problems with mobile coverage in my area. 

If this cannot be resolved ASAP I would like to cancel my contract as the customer service here is a joke.

You need to use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@katcesca 

The advisers work until 9pm on weekdays - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”. ​​

Thanks. The live chat humans only work til 8pm and I can’t use live chat on my phone because the even in Chrome it doesn’t load properly!!!

ID is beyond shit.
