Both myself and my partner are in ID mobile and neither of us has any signal, we can only make WiFi calls. Is there a problem in the SK122EH area?

Looks like there can sometimes be too many concurrent users for the network cell serving your location, ​@ClareG.

Perhaps the Vodafone Three merger will lead to better network performance.

However, we’d still expect you to receive a good signal on 4G at most times. How long have you had issues for?

Hi Tyler. It was the past couple of hours but seems to have sorted itself now. We have 4 phones between us and they were all showing as no signal. Clare
