Honestly ID, this isn’t good enough. I have had problems since Christmas with receiving and making any call. 
Apple has looked into this, nothing wrong with my phone. I realised on the weekend it’s your problem. Monday you say all issues have been fixed?? Well there not for me

Can you please confirm which model of iPhone you are using and if your number is showing correctly in the settings?

Settings - My Apps- Phone - My Number.
