Request for compensation for network outage on Wed 25th June 2025


Dear iD Mobile Customer Service Team: I am writing to ask whether I can make a claim for compensation in respect of the network outage on Wed 25th June 2025. It caused me a number of issues, and some anxiety, as I was expecting some important calls that day. Thank you.

Dear I'd customer service team. I wish to claim compensation for total outage on Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th June. My bill is due to be paid in a few days and there is no reduction on the amount even although for 2 days I could not make or receive texts and calls. Thanks
