Hi. I am in USA and have increased my cap (I can see from bill I have not reached that cap yet). However I cannot make calls (am told I have exceeded cap) so unable to check voice mail. I can use maps when not connected to WiFi yet unable to check email / internet etc as unable to reach server. What I am doing wrong?

Sorry to hear this, are you able to try manually connecting to a network to see if this helps?
We rely on AT&T and T-Mobile in the USA.
How are SMS texts?

Thanks. I tried than and tried AT&T and Wireless without success. Back home now anyhow so not going to worry
