Safe Search deactivated but makes NO difference - 5G router

Hello,

I have deactivated;

  1. ‘Adult Content Filter’ in my ID Mobile online account.
  2. Safe Search in my Google account by selecting ‘Off’ and saving the change.

A selection of websites (picture/adult/binocular manufacturer!) remain inaccessible showing blank screens and ‘err…...’ messages when opened.

 

When I turn on a VPN connection they all work as expected - what is wrong?

I am using my ID Mobile SIM in a 5G router (MC801A) for home broadband.

Hi, 

 

Grey (left) for off.

Exactly, add the text to confirm which side is what or a 'current status' for easy & quick visual confirmation.

    Which selection do you choose for on and off?  Is blue on and grey off? Why can’t it just say on and off

    Please could you screenshot the error you’re seeing?

     

    Please also note that usage of your iD Mobile SIM card while in an unsupported device (such as a dongle or router) may result in issues with usage such as this.
