Is getting much worse data signal in Welwyn Garden City. Postcode al7 1rr and on A414 between Hertford and Welwyn Garden City.

We aren’t aware of any issues in the area of AL7 1RR, the area looks to be quite weak for 5G so might be worth switching to 4G here.

 

How long have you seen changes here?

This problem is from last Tuesday. Never had problem before there, all was working perfect.

And on the road A 414 between Hertford and Welwyn Garden City problem is about 2 weeks now. I drive this route to work every day and listen to the radio over the internet. And I've never had a problem there before.

Hey there ​@Sebastian Sidyk, sorry to hear that. Is the issue only with Data?

 

Unfortunately, when travelling, your signal may become weaker at different times whilst on the move through various postcodes and areas I’m afraid.

In Al 7 1rr only data. But I need more time for watching. If you don't do anything maybe will ok. But A 414 is data problems but I don't know how with phone covering. I need to check because I'm driving that road.

I done. Al7 is sometimes better, sometimes worse but on A414 from Hertford to Welwyn big coverage hole. If nothing get better soon I will need to leave ID mobile. When I started ID coverage was perfect. Now is much worse 😞

Does this happen at any particular time of day? Does a reboot help at all?

Reboot not help. Problem is 24 hours.
