service does not allow access to this number

Been having this error for the past week or so and nothing seems to be working to fix it, can someone help?

Hey there ​@Jack Mounsey, sorry to hear that.

 

Firstly, is this to regular 07 numbers that you’re calling?

 

Secondly, what phone do you have, and what’s your full postcode?

 

Finally, when you go into phone settings, is your phone number showing up correctly?

Hi Tyler, it’s any numbers, 07, 01925, 0330 etc to name a few I’ve tried.

 

It is an iPhone 16 pro max, PR1 9TN

& yes my number is input correct, I had problems receiving any calls to begin with, went through some steps on here which included adding my number, and since then I can receive but cannot make any calls to any numbers - I’ve tried in various different places aswell.

Is your number added in the +44 or 07 prefix in your settings please?

Have you tried turning off iMessage, restarting your phone, then attempting to call at all please ​@Jack Mounsey?

Sounds like your iD network services might not have been provisioned correctly, ​@Jack Mounsey

Nowadays, all the iD plans come with an UNLIMITED calls and texts allowance, although not all UK numbers are included in these allowances. 

Perhaps you’re calling one of the UK numbers not included in your UK calls allowance.
