Intermittent and extremely slow data in Ln1 Lincoln area. Three.co.uk service checker says 'we're working on an issue at the moment'. Idmobile customer service live chat keeps disconnecting due to awful signal issues. It's a shame 'customer service' won't reach out to me. They have my details. They could text me or email me. Totally useless. Does anyone know when service will be back to normal? I can't seem to get any help or further details.

We were aware of a technical issue impacting some customers but this has now been resolved. With this being the case, are you able to confirm if you are still having problems?

If yes, can you please click here and select ‘Service Status’ to check for any local issues?

If no issues are detected, please let us know your postcode and the make/model of your handset.
