shocking coverage

New to id, absolutely shocked by the poor coverage compared to my previous network provider. Connection error in my daily commute train station all the time even it's shown as full bar! By the way, the station is Not in a village , not in a rural place or suburban area, it is central London I am talking about!!!! I see everyone watching videos or sending messages and I am just holding a dead phone with reception at all! Absolutely ridiculous!

I really regret chose id now, first the OTP text messages issues when ported in that has caused me lots trouble with verification and now this. My contract only just started so have no choice but to stuck with them for two years! 😭 what is the point of giving 100G a month!

Hi ​@Iceqcake  I am sorry to hear this, this certainly shouldn’t be an issue in central London. Have you tried the SIM in a different handset to see if you still face the same issues?
