I have been with ID coming up to 10 years and my signal has always been quite bad but it has come to a point where it is bad in towns. I have tried switching to 3G but doesn't seem to make s difference. My postcode is PE14. Thank you.

Hi @Evelyn1

The area of SA149UN should be reliable on 4G, 5G however may be quite weak or unavailable.

If you’re unhappy with your signal and have purchased recently, you may be within your cooling off period, it may be worth considering this option.

I have also been with ID for 10 years and it used to be good but now I have full bars of reception on 5G but hopelessly slow (to the point of unusable) data transfer. I am BS84JX. This has been a problem for the last 3-6 months. Same phone and ok in London.

Hi @nba1973

Taking a look the area of PE147DG is a very weak one for our signal, we’d expect issues with our service here, sorry.

Hi @susandilly

The area of BS84JX looks fairly week for 5G, it should be better on 4G if you can use the device settings to switch to that manually, however it’ll also be worth noting there are some patchy spots here, issues may still occur.
