Signal and data issue

Hello, I have been with ID for almost 1 year. 

I always seem to have issues with my call coverage and having "4G/5G" speeds.

My bar signal is mainly on 1 bar out of 4. There is supposedly no network issue down when I check ID coverage. I always struggle to speak to people. 

With data speeds, it says I have 5G and I can hardly load anything, I'm getting roughly 6mb download speed. Not enough to load a website. 

I seem to have this issue in Ph13 area code. If I travel 14 miles it is still the same issue. 

 

Does anyone have issues like this?

Yes the signal is terrible pretty much everywhere. I have travelled around the country and it fails everywhere. There are small pockets of around 20 meters where the speed is blazing fast lol but outside of those, nothing.

Have you spoke to ID, about it? Did they come back woth anything helpful if you did?

Hi ​@Ros5  and ​@Cams  sorry to hear of the trouble you are having with coverage. Have you tried rebooting your handset, as this will refresh your connection to the mast.

Does this happen at any particular time of day or area? Is this indoors or outdoors? Do you have Wi-Fi calling enabled?

Yep, tried restarting, tried flight mode. Still getting low signal and low data speeds.
