signal DA15 area


The signal states on the website it is fine but I cannot get any signal and my contacts disappear from my sim. 
 

I have reset my network settings and restarted the device but still no luck.

 

any advice?

Have you checked for any service disruptions at the location you are having trouble, using the three network status checker?
