Is anyone else having ongoing issues with signal?

I have an issue in my immediate  local area due to an issue with the mast, that’s inconvenient but Wi-Fi calling is getting me around it. 

The bigger issue I have is when I am elsewhere, I have an iPhone 15, anything less than 3 bars and the internet is basically unusable. Calls drop frequently with less than 2 bars. 

I did a fair amount of due diligence before moving to iD, checking signal in various places to see what it was like and to make sure it would work, on Vodafone 2 bars was enough to keep calls happening and data working, iD seems to be the opposite. 

Is there anything that I am missing that I can do. 

Before any one suggests the obvious power cycle the handset, remove the SIM, flight mode on/off etc, I have done all of these things,

It sounds like you may need a replacement SIM but it’s worth testing the SIM in a different handset first.
