signal issues


Hi. Signal in mid sussex has really deteriorated in the last few weeks. Areas of strong signal are now completely dead. BN6 is one of the postcodes affected.

We had experienced an outage with our partners at Three, which may have explained the problems you had been facing? We are very sorry about any inconvenience caused, but this has all been resolved now. 

Have you tried a reboot of your handset? Do you have VoLTE enabled?

Phone gets rebooted every day.  VoLTE isn’t an option on my phone.  

Anyway, hopefully as you say it is now fixed.
