Since I have left EE and switched to ID mobile, my signal is terrible, calls cut off randomly and I can't make a call without someone saying I am constantly breaking up. Also voLTE will not work with my samsung A56

I’m in the same position. Ported across from EE last week and now my signal is atrocious. Can’t even get 4g where I used to have 5g. I thought ID used the Three network and that was supposedly the best for 5g. Maybe it uses a wholesale signal and therefore doesn’t get priority on the network? Perhaps admin can advise… or just give a generic copy and paste response 🤷🏻♂️
