Since I have left EE and switched to ID mobile,  my signal is terrible,  calls cut off randomly and I can't make a call without someone saying I am constantly breaking up. Also voLTE will not work with my samsung A56

I’m in the same position. Ported across from EE last week and now my signal is atrocious. Can’t even get 4g where I used to have 5g. I thought ID used the Three network and that was supposedly the best for 5g. Maybe it uses a wholesale signal and therefore doesn’t get priority on the network? Perhaps admin can advise… or just give a generic copy and paste response 🤷🏻‍♂️

Hi, @Gavin80

I am so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue. I’d love the opportunity to speak with you directly to better understand your experience and see how we can make things right or improve going forward. Please contact us back via email at Socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk.
Please use the following link to check the coverage on your area:
 https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage

Or try to reinsert your SIM or try your SIM in another phone. This will determine whether the issue is with handset its SIM card itself.

Network settings for Samsung:
Go to Settings
Tap General management
Select Reset
Choose Reset network settings
Confirm by tapping Reset settings

Thank you,

Zandile

I have just moved over from O2 and have no signal at all! Just don’t know what to do.

I'm in the same position as well! Switched from EE four weeks ago and since putting the SIM in, my network signal has been hit and miss. I've done everything everyone has suggested and it still doesn't work. I'll suddenly have network, it'll work a few days then disappear again 🤬

Same here, wish I’d stayed with O2 now. Can’t get anything with ID it’s rubbish.

Nothing stopping you switching back to O2. iD Mobile offers a cooling-off period of up to 30 days. Use it!

Hi @Gavin80, @GarethP351 and @Ruth Graver

Thank you for your post. To make sure your iPhone recognises your new number correctly, please follow these steps:

 Update Your Number

Go to Settings → Phone → My Number

Delete the old number

Enter your correct number using the keypad

Tap Save

Reset iMessage & Network Settings

Go to Settings → Messages and turn iMessage OFF

Go to Settings → General → Reset → Reset Network Settings
(This will remove saved Wi-Fi passwords but won’t delete personal data.)

Restart your iPhone

 Re-enable iMessage

Go back to Settings → Messages

Turn iMessage ON

Once completed, your iPhone should recognise and verify the new number correctly.
