I have been having problems with my signal and is now costing me jobs due to using it for work 

I'm not happy about this at all 

Can you sort this out please 🙏

Check id’s NETWORK COVERAGE page, and input your postcode to see if there are local issues.

Just to say, it’s a grey area but the iD terms & conditions say their network services are for your own personal use, not for business or commercial. 

Hopefully your signal will improve soon.

Ip145gn ive already checked the post code out 

I use this phone for work so it's not necessarily whe. I'm at home it when im out and about iam now loosing jobs because of this!! There is nothing wrong with my phone as have had that checked also! It is purely your network and im reading alot of people are having this issue and I don't think it is right when we pay are bills! I don't feel you are giving us the service we are paying for... is there some higher up in your business I can contact because if im loosing work eventually I won't have the money to pay YOU. I SHOULD OF NEVER SWITCHED FROM GIFF GAFF NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THEM!
