For a week now I have been unable to use my phone (or the other phone on my account) keep being told to look at the settings over and over but it is not the phone. Got told to take the phone to Currys they confirmed their is nothing wrong with the handset the guy even proved it by putting his own sim card in my phone and it worked. Had several new sim cards each one failing to activate and spent hours on end taliking to iD mobile who say its with tech but no update. I have no ability for my childrens school to contact me, I have applied for jobs so now have no way to be contacted.
HELP ME ID MOBILE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
