Sim keeps failing


For a week now I have been unable to use my phone (or the other phone on my account) keep being told to look at the settings over and over but it is not the phone. Got told to take the phone to Currys they confirmed their is nothing wrong with the handset the guy even proved it by putting his own sim card in my phone and it worked. Had several new sim cards each one failing to activate and spent hours on end taliking to iD mobile who say its with tech but no update. I have no ability for my childrens school to contact me, I have applied for jobs so now have no way to be contacted.

 

HELP ME ID MOBILE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

I see you’ve got two separate contracts for these devices. Are you trying to use two different numbers and neither work? Thanks.

Looks like you’re using Physical SIMs - Have you tried using an eSIM QR Code for either phone? Thanks.

Do the Mobile Numbers show correctly here:

  1. Open ‘Settings’.

  2. Tap ‘Apps’.

  3. Tap ‘Phone’.

  4. Tap ‘My Number’.

  5. Enter your mobile number, using +44 instead of the first 0.

  6. Tap ‘Save’.

Even if it does, re-enter your Mobile Number and tap ‘Save’. Thanks.

Okay, some customers have dialled the code #33*0000#, then been able to make calls. Can you try this?

Only receiving messages via my email.

i can call but can not receive any calls have dialled that several times

Messages to your email are iMessages (Blue Bubbles) from other iPhone users. How about messages from non iPhone users? Do you receive any Green Bubbles (SMS)?

Thanks for confirming, I’m going to follow up in Private Messages for further testing, to get to the root cause of the problem. I see you do have an Open Ticket which is also being investigated by our Network Partner 3UK.
