Sim no longer works

I am suddenly unable to make calls or use data on my phone. An error message no network found appears. I'm finding it incredibly frustrating that I can't speak to someone about this. Can anyone help?

If it doesn’t work in different handsets, your iD SIM might be broken or faulty, or your iD account might be blocked for some reason. 

Unfortunately, there’s no telephone helpline for iD Mobile - you can only contact iD support using their online Live Chat service. 

Replacement iD SIM cards are also available from any Currys store.

If your iD SIM doesn’t work in different handsets, it might be broken or faulty, or your iD account might be blocked for some reason. 

Alternatively, the might be a network fault in your area. Check for faults HERE.
