Daughter has a new phone so I swapped her ID ssim into it and now its only working on wifi - no actual signal - any ideas how to fix this please?
She has upgraded from an iphone 7 to iPhone 11, it has no signal at all now, I saw somehwere about the Sim Pink but entered what I assumed was the pin twice incorrectly now dont want to risk being locked out totally - please help - we go on holiday tomorrow and I cant fix it at all - total joke you cant ring anyone and the live chat doesnt even work
