    Have tried restarting the phone with your iD SIM, ​@Muneeb? 

    Is this happening in one location, or everywhere you’re trying to use your iD SIM for the Internet?

    Can you please confirm if this is in one location or all over? If it’s just in a particular area, please provide the full postcode.
