Hey there @Weddy, we’re very sorry to hear that.

Is it only SMS and Facebook that you have the issues for please, no other apps?

Do calls and data work normally for you?

When you get cut off, is this before or during talking to an agent via our live-chat?

Thanks,

Tyler

Everything else works fine and it's usually when chatting with an agent

Have you tried updating the Facebook Messenger app on the phone with your iD SIM, @Weddy

Perhaps the SMS Service Centre settings on the phone with your iD SIM have incorrect number for iD Mobile,  @Weddy.

Maybe a refresh of your iD network settings will help.

Try https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/get-your-settings/settings-tool.

Hi @Weddy

It may be worth trying the above from @andewhite.

It’d be strange for messaging over data and SMS to specifically be affected.

How is other usage of data? Watching videos etc?
