Hi , I have two contacts with ID Mobile ,
One nearly 2 years old , One just over a year old … The Minute i leave home (connected via WiFi) i cannot for the life of me connect to the internet on either phone , have trouble receiving and making calls , and issues sending SMS … anyone know how I can make a proper complaint about this as iD mobile get £70 a month off me and my phone only really seems to work on WiFi , which I obviously pay someone else for!
