Sometimes people can't ring me

Hi there

Been with ID for a while now and never had an issue.

Lately however since I've come back from holiday people have been struggling to ring me.

I could be standing next to them and people will attempt to ring me and they don't even get a dial tone, the phone just doesn't ring.

It's not an issue with their phone as I have tried it with 4 different people.

Sometimes when I restart my phone it allows people to call me but then that doesn't work after a while.

I can call out and send texts fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I don't know what to do.

Hi @Myatt94 & @Kathemmi

Sorry to hear this, have you tried a network settings reset?

For iPhone;

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

For most Android;

Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth

For Samsung;

Settings > General management > Reset > Reset mobile network settings

Resetting network settings will NOT reset any personal data (Photos, Videos, Contacts etc) only network settings.

We have the same problem with 2 phones at our address. Can't get to the bottom of it but think it may be that 3g has been turned off in our area
