Am trying to call a 0800 number and it will not allow the call. Please help urgently

    Hey there ​@giodpre6, sorry to hear that.

     

    Have you enabled premium features via the iD Mobile app/website, and ensure your bill cap is high enough to allow the call to go through?

     

    Although the calls should be free to these numbers, it may be blocked if your bill cap is at £0.00 and premium features disabled.

     

    If you increase your bill cap and it works, and you were charged, we’d be happy to refund.
