STILL CAN'T MAKE CALLS

I still can't make calls after a week now. Tried all the suggestions given but still not working. Is this going to be ongoing because if it isn't resolved soon I WILL cancel my account. I'm sick to death of this now. A family member needed emergency care the other day and I couldn't contact anyone, this could of KILLED her. Might consider legal action too. GET IT SORTED OUT
