Despite the claim I still have no phone signal coventry Thurs 13:300 ish Friday 17:30.

When will full service be resumed ?

I still can't receive or make calls, 2nd day now despite the only message anywhere is that everything is okay now. How do I contact ID regarding this?

No storm here either,  I arrived at this site in the hope of being able to contact ID. No mention of the outage on the app even after two days. Still No isignal 😡😡 hope you both get sorted soon..

I'D Mobile complaints is the only number I can find. I will be in their ear tomorrow, hopefully from my own phone.

ID agents are available:

Got through on chat after dealing with a useless chat bot. Advice is twswitch phone into airplane mode for 2 minutes then Reboot. Which didn't work . Back to chat bot........arrghhhh

98 mins of my life wasted with ID.. they sre suggesting that my phone and or Sim are the issue both were perfectly fine until Thurs 13;00 Sono resolution to my connection issue. Other than an offer to send me a new SIM card.  and no doubt fingers crossed that works..... may have to  rethink the strategy of having no landlines??  Hope you all get sorted.

Last resort ID customer service advised I needed a new sim. I collected from a nearby Curry's store alt was wait three days for them  to post out a new one.  This needs to be registered on line so a problem if your phone is the only access to the Internet  After waiting 4 hours plus for the Sim to be activated over night.......I have mobile data, I can receive and send txt but I STILL CANT MAKE CALLS FFS....…

the store assistant in the Curry's advised they had been very busy issuing replacement sim cards…

It's interesting tha a previous post containing the above but also highlighting the dealings with the rather unhelpful ID chat bot didn't pass scrutiny
