Still no sms or phone

10 hours in and still no phone or sms. I have just seen that I have a message in recorded messages, and I am unable to access it. At a time when I am waiting for news on medical tests and scans, I could have done without the stress that this is causing.

Back on line, and there was a message for me to make an appointment for a scan. I've been given one for Tuesday after returning the call tonight , not sure whether the downtime might have prevented an earlier appointment and I'll never know.
