I have no mobile data 4G or 5G contract bought from mobile . Co . Uk monthly contract and handset iPhone 16 . I have a sim not an eSIM with my phone and numbers been transferred but no mobile data ?
I’ve reset apn but still no data
I put the new sim into my old iPhone 13 and works perfect
so why does the sim not work in my new iPhone that was purchased from mobile.co.uk and the id mobile sim ?
