still not working


I cannot make and also can’t receive calls still

this is beginning to really get me down.

i though I’d was up and running again

Our’s is just up and running again. I had looked at every option and ended up turning off the WiFi and then restarting phone, turned WiFi back on - it worked.  Hope this helps.

We had experienced an outage with our partners at Three, which may have explained the problems you had been facing? We are very sorry about any inconvenience caused, but this has all been resolved now.  Have you tried a reboot of your handset? Do you have VoLTE enabled?
