STILL unable to make & recieve calls

Hi All

Following issues with the service of the last few days I haven't been able to make & recieve calls like many.

ID Mobile have confirmed that these issues should now be resolved & like they have directed,  I have switched my phone off and back on again.

However, the same issues still apply.....still unable to make and recieve calls. Any other ideas on this as I'm finding it difficult to find to contact ID directly.

Hi ​@Colin Earby  we are very sorry for this continued disruption, this should all be resolved now.

Can you please check VoLTE is enabled on your handset and give it another reboot?
