Straight to answer phone

Why when I call a certain number, it never goes through and I only get their answering service and when they try to call me, my phone never rings but shows a miss call plus they can only leave a voice message? It's very frustrating to try and communicate with my son's medical professionals this way

    Is this a mobile phone number, or a business/landline number please?

     

    It may be that it’s a chargeable number, so you may need to enable premium features via the iD Mobile app/website and change your bill cap, to allow for these charges to go through.
