switched from vodafone to id mobile but still says on vodafone. No data coverage

I switched from Vodafone to ID mobile, the switch says it is complete, but I have no 4g /data coverage. When I look on what network I’m on it still says Vodafone, but I have been disconnected from them. How do I get the network to transfer? I have tried activating the Sim, but it says it’s active. I have switched the phone off completely, I have waited more than 24 hours to see if it was just going to take time. Still not changed. Any advice would be appreciated.
