switched from vodafone to id mobile but still says on vodafone. No data coverage

I switched from Vodafone to ID mobile, the switch says it is complete, but I have no 4g /data coverage. When I look on what network I’m on it still says Vodafone, but I have been disconnected from them. How do I get the network to transfer? I have tried activating the Sim, but it says it’s active. I have switched the phone off completely, I have waited more than 24 hours to see if it was just going to take time. Still not changed. 
Any advice would be appreciated.

Has the switch taken place today? 

Can you please reboot your handset and if this does not work, please perform a manual network reset.

 

Please also check your number is showing correctly within your handset settings.
