My texts seem to be very delayed. I will sometimes receive a few at a time, like in the screenshot attached. This is making it impossible for me to get into my Facebook account because I have 2fa turned on and can’t receive the code to authorise it’s me in good time.

It happened today re messages from 3 different people, one person told me they sent the message last night, 20 hours before it arrived!! Why?

Okay, taking a look there are some patchy spots in the area of NE7 7LE, general signal could be patchy.
It’ll be worth switching to 4G manually whilst in the area as 5G looks like it could be fairly weak.

I have an iPhone 14. I don’t appear to be having any other coverage issues, just very delayed text messages and it began about 2 months ago!

Please see the following;
Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Resetting network settings will NOT reset any personal data (Photos, Videos, Contacts etc) only network settings.
