I am not receiving all of my text messages what can I do?

Have you tried disabling iMessage when requesting the codes?


Have you ported your number into us, or performed an update on your handset recently?



No, for all the questions. I have ported to you guys 9 months ago and have been using same handset. I didn’t disable iMessage
