The worst network ever


Why can’t I get a response from ID Mobile? 

I’m experiencing terrible network reception both on data and calls. I’ve put a post up here already and only got one pitiful response asking if it was 4g or 5g!!!

 

 It’s all the G’s!

 

 Calls are constantly dropping out. Data is non existent anywhere in the country. 
 

And customer service doesn’t exist. 
 

I guess my only avenue now is to leave negative reviews and contact OFCOM.

Ofcom won’t help you with customer disputes, as they don’t deal with them. You can leave a review if you want. If you’d like to discuss your issue with support in real time, you can chat with a live chat agent using the link below.

@Anika I’ve had to collect a new sim from curry’s because the last one stopped working. I now can’t activate it as the app is down and live chat is down. I can’t work without a phone, and there’s no way to activate my sim. Pretty poor
