Why can’t I get a response from ID Mobile?
I’m experiencing terrible network reception both on data and calls. I’ve put a post up here already and only got one pitiful response asking if it was 4g or 5g!!!
It’s all the G’s!
Calls are constantly dropping out. Data is non existent anywhere in the country.
And customer service doesn’t exist.
I guess my only avenue now is to leave negative reviews and contact OFCOM.
What a terrible company
