I know this is a common problem, but the issue is it never seems to be answered. Before replying making suggestions, I have tried every one of the suggested methods. None work. It was fine up until a couple of days ago. Now zero. Neither at home or elsewhere. The chat function is useless. I waited 40 mins for the rep to reply then nothing. Any ideas?
