Dear iD Mobile Team,
Iv been on ID for a nearly a year. However, since December 2025, I have been facing issues with your network. Due to frequent minor fixes I would overlook the part where I keep a record or report the issue. Now, It has finally reached a serious point I am unable to maintain my health and safety.
- Extremely poor signal at home and constantly on 2 bars. Most of my incoming calls go to voicemail. Medical professionals/ work colleagues/ Banking security team; are unable to reach me and maintain my health & safety. I have hundreds of missed call messages, and some even come days later. People have often reported issues with my network, where when I tried to call someone, it would not go through, but they would still receive a black call but cannot hear anything. This has truly been a nightmare.
- I am unable to receive messages from many companies, especially verification codes. These messages arrive after a day or two, or sometimes not at all. This is a major problem for me, as I rely on these codes for essential services. I cannot understand why this issue persists, but it is causing me significant inconvenience.
- Your coverage and internet speed maps, which show full 4G coverage for my home. Unfortunately, in reality, the network reception is extremely poor in these locations. This discrepancy between the coverage map and actual service quality is very disappointing and misleading. Again the signal is on 2 bars as we speak.
- I have called customers services on 3 occasions, where staff offered me troubleshooting methods, but only help for a few minutes. It is frustrating to have to go through this tunnel with no end. Due to this my daily life is significantly harder.
- Issues in my area due to the 3 network explained by ID customer service
- Breach of Contract: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I firmly assure you that the service provided is not as described or fit for purpose.
Considering these issues, I would like to know if it is possible to cancel my contract without penalty. The network has failed to provide a usable service.
Please advise me on what steps I can take regarding this matter, as these issues are critical for my daily communication and work and medical needs.
