New monthly plan with Id mobile downloaded app and followed all instructions but when I try to call out I get message. Not registered on network. Each time

That could happen in the Midlands area where iD Mobile have shutdown their 3G network,
In this area, you’ll need a correctly configured handset, which is approved for use with the iD Mobile 4G Calling service (VoLTE).
I'm in Newcastle area so I think coverage is OK here
Does your iD SIM work in another handset,
If not you may need a replacement SIM card, or maybe your iD account is blocked for some reason.

Have you used the online iD Live Chat service to contact customer service? Unfortunately, the advisers work between 9am and 8pm on weekdays.
Yeh tried in another handset, no joy will only let me call out using WiFi, will be out and about tomorrow so I'll see if I pick up the network
