Unable to call for 2 weeks

Hello,

My phone is not working since I believe ID mobile switched off 3G network. My phone is 4G but Volte and WiFi calling are not available. I tried everything and even called ID customer services support but honestly there are no support or help.

Well nothing I can do as I'm on 24 months contract still  keep on paying for my plan but unable to call!!! 😥😥😥

Ah okay @Charles3000. In that case, perhaps have a Google for the methods people have used to fix VoLTE on OnePlus 5T.

Alternatively, our sister company Currys do offer Buy Now Pay Later on any smartphone over £99, where you pay no interest if you pay it in full within 6 Months.

    What phone Make & Model are you using? If VoLTE isn’t available on your phone, you’ll need to switch to a VoLTE compatible handset. Thanks.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I've got Oneplus 5T. 4G compatible phone. I think that Android 10 jas no Volte switched option. I used to have this option before Android updated it's to 10.

    I already opened a piggy bank to save for a new phone. Hopefully by Christmas I will get one

    Its a shame that ID mobile didn't clarify that I need to have a new compatible mobile when I signed for 24 months contract.

    Looking on Google, looks like OnePlus 5T missing VoLTE on Android 10 is a common issue, seemingly OnePlus missed it out in the firmware update. There’s a few guides on how to fix it, so if you’re comfortable, might be worth giving it a go!

    Depending how much you pay for your 24 Month Contract (and when you signed up), it might be more cost effective upgrading.

    Thanks for your suggestion to upgrade.

    According to the app the earliest I can upgrade is in 86 days which is in January 2025.
